About these Terms
This website, ovaroart.com (the “Website”), is operated by Adwin Canada Inc., which operates the OVARO brand (“OVARO”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website.
By browsing the Website or contacting us through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

The Website and the Ovaro Store
The Website introduces the ceramic houses we work with, their collections, our customization service and the stories behind them. It does not process orders or payments.
Products are sold through the Ovaro Store at shop.ovaroart.com, which is powered by Shopify. Every purchase is governed by the store’s own policies:
If these Terms and a store policy conflict on a question about an order, the store policy applies.

Product information and images
Many of our ceramics are shaped by hand, and every piece is kiln-fired. Variations in colour, glaze, texture, size and kiln marks are part of each piece’s character and are not defects.
Photographs, descriptions and dimensions on the Website are provided for presentation and may differ slightly from the piece you receive, including because of screen settings. Current prices, availability and product details are shown in the Ovaro Store.

Custom projects and business inquiries
You can use the Website to ask about custom ceramics, business gifting, bulk orders or collaborations. Sending an inquiry does not create an order or a binding agreement.
If we take on a project, we will confirm its scope, price, timeline and payment terms, together with any approval, cancellation or return conditions, in a written quote or agreement. Those written terms govern the project.
When you send us names, logos, artwork or other materials for a custom piece, you confirm that you have the right to use them, and you allow us and our studio partners to use them only to prepare and produce your project.

Intellectual property
The text, photographs, videos, graphics, logos and design of the Website belong to Adwin Canada Inc., to the ceramic studios we work with, or to their licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
You may view the Website for personal or business purposes and share links to it freely. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use its content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Acceptable use
When using the Website, you agree not to:
use it in a way that breaks any applicable law or regulation;
submit false, misleading or unlawful information through our forms;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its servers or related systems, or interfere with how it works;
introduce viruses, malicious code or automated traffic intended to disrupt the Website;
collect content or data from the Website by automated means for commercial use without our permission.

The Website links to services run by others, including the Ovaro Store (Shopify), Instagram and YouTube. These services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

We work to keep the Website accurate and available, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Its content is for general information and may change without notice. We do not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adwin Canada Inc. and its owners, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website.
Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived or limited by contract.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be heard by the courts of Ontario, unless the consumer protection laws of the place where you live give you the right to bring a claim there.
